Description:
This project included a 104,000 sf, $20 million dollar expansion to the existing facility. The structure consisted of a heavy-duty steel structure bearing on caissons. Approximately 60,000 sf of this building was built on top of the existing plant requiring extensive structural modifications. The balance of the facility expansion consisted of and elevated structure which housed the Phosphate/E- coat process.
